1. Agreement to these terms
“Tech Robinhood,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Seanald LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. When an account-creation or checkout screen presents an acceptance box, you agree by selecting that box and continuing. The box is not selected for you. Account access links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; purchase screens also link to the Membership, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Terms. The applicable screen identifies the version being accepted, and we may keep a record of the version, time, and account associated with an acceptance.
Browsing or using a public part of the site is also subject to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The billing terms and the User Submissions and Community Terms below are incorporated when you use the corresponding features. If these Terms conflict with the billing terms on a billing, cancellation, or refund issue, the billing terms control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use the Services and at least 18 to buy anything from us, use the AI helper, or submit video, links, or other content. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use free Services only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission and supervision, and that adult is responsible for your use.
You confirm that account and purchase information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide. Accounts are for individuals; we do not currently offer business or school accounts.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Some features require an account created through a passwordless email magic link or an available third-party sign-in option, which may include Google, Apple, or Facebook. Safeguard sign-in links, sessions, and devices; do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits; and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Patreon linking may be used to verify an eligible membership tier. Linking does not transfer a Patreon subscription to Tech Robinhood, and Patreon’s terms continue to govern the Patreon transaction. We may rely on account identifiers and entitlement information in our systems to determine access, subject to correction of verified billing or technical errors.
4. Service features and changes
The Services include educational materials and tools and may include AI-generated assistance, streaming or embedded third-party media, community submissions, browser-based file processing, games, and experimental or beta features. Availability may differ by account, plan, device, country, provider availability, or release stage.
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature. If we permanently remove a material paid benefit during a period you paid for, contact us so we can review an appropriate prorated refund or replacement benefit. Features that depend on a third party may change or disappear when that provider makes a change.
5. Plans, purchases, and promotions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled as disclosed at checkout. Current price, billing frequency, tax, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund rules are shown before purchase and addressed in the Membership, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Terms.
A one-time course or digital-item purchase is not a subscription unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Promotions, giveaways, and contests may have separate official rules, which control for that promotion if they conflict with these Terms.
6. Permission to use the Services
Subject to these Terms and applicable plan limits, we give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to access the Services for lawful personal and educational use.
Tech Robinhood and its licensors retain their rights in the Services, including site design, original course materials, software, text, graphics, trademarks, and compilations. Open-source components remain governed by their accompanying licenses. Third-party names, logos, media, software, and content belong to their respective owners. A reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Violate law or another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights.
- Upload, submit, link to, or distribute material you do not have authority to use.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, deceive, stalk, exploit, or unlawfully identify another person.
- Submit passwords, payment-card information, malware, unlawful content, or highly sensitive information.
- Bypass access controls, payment requirements, digital-rights controls, provider restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
- Scrape, probe, disrupt, overload, or use automated means except as expressly authorized or allowed by law.
- Share paid access or redistribute protected course materials beyond the permissions expressly provided.
- Use a consent link deceptively or attempt to collect information without the visitor’s meaningful choice.
- Use educational material as instructions to pirate content, evade lawful payment, or violate a platform’s terms.
- Use the Services to develop or disseminate unlawful, harmful, or misleading activity.
Book Saver and similar tools may be used only with material you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for any later upload to another service.
8. Educational content, estimates, and results
The Services provide general educational information and tools. They do not promise a particular saving, income, outcome, eligibility decision, tax treatment, legal result, or professional result. Savings figures are estimates based on stated assumptions and dates; your actual result may be higher or lower. Check current prices and eligibility before relying on an estimate.
Content concerning tax, financial, legal, medical, safety, or other regulated or high-stakes subjects is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
9. AI-assisted features
AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. It is educational assistance, not professional advice. Independently verify important information and remain responsible for decisions and actions based on output.
Do not submit sensitive, personal, confidential, regulated, payment, password, or health information in a prompt. Your prompt and limited recent context are sent to Google to generate a response, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your prompt or the output. Output may not be unique, and usage limits may differ by plan. The AI feature is limited to users 18 and over.
10. Third-party content and services
The Services may embed YouTube players, show third-party thumbnails or metadata, or link to platforms such as Patreon, Stripe, Google, Beehiiv, Discord, Bunny.net, Plex, Tubi, and others. Those services are controlled by their providers and may change, remove, restrict, monetize, or geographically limit content. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice.
A standard embed, link, catalog listing, or “official source” label is not a claim that we own the underlying work or are affiliated with or endorsed by its owner. Features that browse, organize, or play third-party media—including the movie catalog and channel-browsing tools—are free and are not part of any paid membership. We do not charge for access to third-party content.
11. User submissions and community activity
Suggestions, problem reports, video links or uploads, profile information, reactions, and other submissions are governed by the User Submissions and Community Terms below. You keep your ownership rights but grant the limited permissions needed to operate, moderate, and display the feature. We may moderate, reject, remove, or restrict content or accounts. No submission is guaranteed to be published or retained.
12. Affiliate relationships and recommendations
Some links and recommendations may earn us money, free products, discounts, or another benefit. Where that is true, we disclose it in plain language near the link before you click it. Compensation does not create a warranty or guarantee; evaluate third-party offers independently.
13. Copyright and other rights reports
If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, email a notice to seanald@techrobinhood.com. Include your signature; identification of the work; identification and location of the material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We review legally sufficient notices and may remove or disable access to reported material. A person whose material is removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice. We may restore material when applicable law permits. We may terminate accounts associated with repeated valid infringement complaints. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create liability. Use the same email address for trademark, privacy, publicity, or defamation reports and identify the material, its location, and the basis of the report.
14. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time. A signed-in user may request permanent account deletion from the Account page. If the account has an active direct Stripe subscription, we stop and verify its future renewal before deleting the account. The account closes and its sign-in sessions are revoked, although an already-issued access token may remain valid until its normal short expiration. Deletion does not refund the current paid period. A Patreon membership is separate and must be canceled through Patreon. Deletion may be irreversible, and we may retain or de-identify records that law, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution requires. The Account page displays the result when deletion finishes. If it reports that a legacy or conflicting billing record requires review, email seanald@techrobinhood.com from the account address so we can verify billing and complete the request.
We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, loss of a provider, or legal necessity. Where practical and appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to address a problem before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, submission permissions needed for prior use, disclaimers, limits, and dispute terms—survive.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation; that content or savings estimates are accurate or current; or that AI output is correct. Third-party content and services are provided as received from their providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred dollars. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. State law may give you additional rights.
17. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you submitted, a violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person’s rights, you will defend us and pay any resulting judgment or settlement and reasonable costs. This does not apply to ordinary personal use as intended or where the claim results from something we did. We will provide prompt notice, allow you to control the defense, and cooperate at your expense. You may not settle in a way that admits fault for us or requires us to pay without our consent.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by New Mexico law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove a protection you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. Before arbitration or a lawsuit, email seanald@techrobinhood.com, describe the problem and requested resolution, and allow 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.
If unresolved, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, before one arbitrator, in the county where you live or by video or telephone at your choice. We pay arbitration filing and administrative fees for claims under $10,000. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.
Claims must be brought individually, not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If that restriction is unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remaining disputes stay subject to this section. You may opt out of arbitration and the class waiver by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with your name and account email. If arbitration does not apply, state and federal courts in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing limits your right to complain to a government agency.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We post an updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when applicable law requires it. The version in effect when an event occurred governs that event unless law requires otherwise.
20. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Not enforcing a provision once is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
These Terms, the billing terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms are the entire agreement about the Services. Notices may be sent to your account email or posted in the Services. These Terms create no rights for third parties. You may not use the Services where prohibited by United States embargo or restricted-party law.

Appendix A. User Submissions and Community Terms
These terms apply when you submit content or use a community feature, including suggestions, priority suggestions, Coalition participation, video links or uploads, private-community invitations, and reactions. A feature may be unavailable, limited to eligible accounts, or subject to additional on-screen terms.
Ownership and permission
You keep ownership of what you submit. You confirm that you have every permission needed for the text, links, video, music, performances, names, images, and likenesses in it. You give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to receive, store, reformat, moderate, display, and deliver the submission for the feature you used. That permission lasts while the submission is on the Services and for a reasonable backup or dispute period, and may be passed through to service providers needed to operate the feature. We will not use a submission in advertising without separate permission.
Suggestions
A suggestion is not confidential. We may evaluate, adapt, or build it without payment or credit. Suggestions and replies may be associated with the submitting account email so we can respond. Do not submit confidential, payment, credential, health, or other sensitive information.
Video submissions
Where enabled, video or link submissions are moderated and are not public unless approved. You must be 18 or older and have all rights and permissions needed for the submission, including consent from people who appear in it. Do not submit content depicting a person under 18. We may reject or remove a submission.
Reactions and paid credits
Where reactions or paid credits are enabled, the feature and purchase screen state what is included, when a credit is used, and the applicable price. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Refunds follow the billing terms. We may correct counts affected by fraud or automated activity.
Discord
An eligible paid membership may include a single-use or time-limited invitation to a private Discord group. Discord’s terms and privacy notice govern Discord use. We may moderate the group, access ends when eligibility ends, and continued availability is not guaranteed.
Moderation and visibility
No infringement, harassment, threats, exploitation, doxxing, impersonation, malware, spam, deceptive links, illegal material, sensitive personal information, artificial reactions, or access/payment circumvention. We may review, reject, label, restrict, or remove a submission or account. The feature interface controls whether a submission is public, account-only, member-only, or reviewer-only and what identifying fields are displayed. Email seanald@techrobinhood.com with rights reports or appeals.
