1. Scope
These terms apply to paid Tech Robinhood memberships, one-time digital purchases, and paid digital community items. Patreon memberships are purchases from Patreon and are separately governed by Patreon’s terms.
2. Prices
God Mode is sold at the price displayed on the Account page when you buy. As of the effective date:
- Monthly: $40 charged each month until you cancel.
- Annual: $240 charged once each year until you cancel.
A “$20 per month” annual-plan figure is the monthly equivalent of one $240 annual charge, not an installment plan. Compared with twelve monthly charges of $40, the annual plan costs $240 less per year.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. The checkout screen controls the price, interval, and tax for your purchase. If you subscribed before a price change, your price remains in effect until a change is communicated under section 7.
For a one-time course or digital item, the purchase screen states its price, what it includes, and the access period. Where reaction credits are offered, they are sold in packs of four for $1, and a credit is consumed when used.
3. Automatic renewal and authorization
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Before you subscribe, checkout states the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal rule, cancellation method, and refund rule next to the purchase action. You must affirmatively accept the linked legal terms; an acceptance box is not selected for you. We may record the version, time, and account associated with that acceptance.
We charge the checkout price plus any displayed tax on each renewal until you cancel or a price changes under section 7. Stripe may send transaction receipts to the email associated with your payment. We provide renewal notices required by applicable law to the contact information associated with the account.
4. How to cancel
Cancel a direct subscription at any time from the Account page while signed in, using the Cancel subscription action. You do not have to call, email, or chat with anyone. Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The Account page shows the date God Mode access runs through. Cancellation does not refund the current period except as section 5 provides.
Retention offer. We may show a one-time offer to stay. The Cancel subscription action remains available while an offer is shown. If accepted, the monthly-plan offer is one free monthly invoice; the annual- plan offer is a $20 credit against the next $240 annual charge, not a free year.
Account deletion. A signed-in user may request permanent account deletion from the Account page. If the account has an active direct Stripe subscription, we stop and verify its future renewal before deleting the account. The account closes and its sign-in sessions are revoked, although an already-issued access token may remain valid until its normal short expiration. Deletion does not refund the current paid period. The Account page displays confirmation when deletion finishes. If the page reports that a legacy or conflicting billing record requires review, email seanald@techrobinhood.com from the account address so we can verify billing and complete the request.
Patreon. If access comes through Patreon, cancel or change the membership through Patreon. Disconnecting Patreon from Tech Robinhood does not stop Patreon billing.
5. Refund Policy and billing errors
First annual charge. Ask within seven calendar days of your first annual God Mode charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and use of the library does not change this rule.
Annual renewals. An annual renewal charge is refundable in full if you ask within seven calendar days of the renewal. No conditions apply to the first annual charge or each annual renewal: no reason is required, and use of the library does not affect the refund.
Monthly plans. Monthly charges are not refundable once made. Canceling stops the next charge, and access continues through the month already paid for.
One-time purchases. A course or digital item is refundable within seven calendar days if it has not been downloaded, exported, or completed. A reaction pack is refundable if none of its credits has been used. We do not refund part of a reaction pack.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current paid period. An approved full subscription refund also turns off renewal and ends direct God Mode access immediately. Refunds return to the original payment method. We otherwise do not prorate except for a billing correction, service failure, written exception, or a right that cannot be waived by law.
Contact seanald@techrobinhood.com about a duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect, or undelivered charge and include your account email, charge date, and amount. Do not send a full card number. We review billing errors promptly. Patreon refunds follow Patreon’s procedures. Approved direct refunds are processed through Stripe, and your bank controls when the credit appears.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe or Tech Robinhood may retry the payment and send notice to the account email. Direct God Mode access continues for up to three days after the failed charge and may then be suspended until payment succeeds. Keep payment and contact information current through the payment-management options made available for your subscription.
7. Price and plan changes
We may change prices. A change applies on a renewal only after advance notice required by applicable law is sent to the account email. The notice states the new price, effective date, and cancellation method. Cancel before the affected renewal to avoid the new charge.
8. Entitlements and benefits
Direct Stripe subscriptions and eligible Patreon tiers can each provide God Mode access, but they are separate billing relationships. A provider’s reported status may change access. If entitlement information appears wrong, contact us before opening a second subscription.
Paid benefits are described on the Account page. Benefits that depend on a third party—such as a private Discord group or an outside-service credit—may change with provider availability. The third-party movie catalog and channel-browsing tools are free Services. They are not God Mode benefits, and no membership fee pays for access to third-party movies or channels.

Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
